This comprehensive report from the Georgetown Center for Education and the Workforce highlights individual state data on the growth of jobs that will  require a postsecondary credential and other labor market trends.

Making the Case for Community Colleges: Tools for Communications Advocacy (2008)
Developed originally for community colleges in the Bridges to Opportunity initiative, this toolkit is a step-by-step guide to developing a compelling message, determining your change agents and influences and finding out ways to reach them, and crafting a media outreach strategy.
